No — the monthly care plan is entirely optional. You pay for the website once, and the site is yours. The care plan is available if you want ongoing support, updates and monitoring, but there's no obligation to take it.

Hosting and domain costs are separate, as they vary depending on the platform and provider you choose. We'll guide you through your options and recommend what makes sense for your business. Most hosting and domain costs for a local business website are between £10–£30 per month.

Most projects are completed within two to three weeks from the point we have your content and brand details. We'll give you a clear timeline at the start so you know exactly what to expect.

Revisions are included in both packages. We want to make sure you're happy with the site before it goes live. We work through revisions in rounds — you review, provide feedback, and we update.

Yes. If you start with the Essential package and want to add booking or payment features later, we can discuss upgrading your site. We'll quote you fairly for the additional work.

We'll need some basics from you — your services, contact details, a bit about your business, and any photos you have. If you don't have professional photos, we can advise on free options or write the copy for you based on what you tell us.
